  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dashboards for key performance indicators based on rolehierarchy.
  • Power Bi Dashboards to take deep dive into sales indicators.
  • Build a customized user interface for project management. Custom UI looks like SKU excel sheet which it was using to manage their manual process. After the implementation of such Custom Grid, it became easy to identify Project income, cost and profit.
  • Accurate real-time reporting of Projects to make sure you are on track to achieve your goals.
  • Documentation of each deliverable solution was provided to its team. User training is also provided as per need of client.
  • Using Microsoft Forms PRO, Prompt implement Customer satisfaction Feedback Survey to enrich the existing customer information with insights that could help to serve the target audience better and Identify areas which need improvement.
